However much damage you may incur, the total liability of the Company and/or any of its suppliers in any respect under any provision of these Terms and Your sole remedy for all of the above shall be no more than the price paid by You via the Service or 100 USD if You have not purchased anything via the Service.

Any question or complaint about the Service that You may raise should be handled by attempting to resolve the issue privately with the Company.

For European Union (EU) users,  

You will enjoy all the necessary rules of the laws of the jurisdiction where You live, if You are a consumer in the European Union.

United States Legal Compliance  

You represent and warrant that (i) You do not reside in a country that is under the embargo of the United States government or that has been identified by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country and (ii) You are not on any list of prohibited or restricted parties by the United States government.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, then the part will be altered and construed in a manner that achieves the goals of the part as much as allowed by law, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver  

Subject to this paragraph, any failure by either party to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not preclude the party from exercising such right or requiring performance at any later time. No waiver of a breach constitutes a waiver of another breach.

Translation and Interpretation  

These Terms and Conditions could have been translated if We published them on our Service. You consent that the text in original English will be taken into consideration if there is a conflict.


Any Updates to These Terms and Conditions?

Any change or addition to these Terms is subject to Our sole discretion. If there is a substantive change, we will notify you at least 30 days before any amended terms become effective. We will determine what constitutes a material change at our sole discretion.
